I have predominately worked in the housing industry since leaving college, as a Lettings Manager for block management and individual tenancies, and before in the house sales market.
Before starting at Quelfire, I worked in the chemical industry sector for four years as a Customer Service Advisor.
Customer service is my main role, answering the phone and being the first port of call for Quelfire customers, which also includes providing quotes for our customers and placing orders. I also deal with the admin side, such as commercial invoices and any other ad hoc duties that may arise.
I love speaking to our customers and have job satisfaction when I can help a customer with a problem they may have incurred elsewhere and turn things around for them; they leave feeling loved, which is what we want.
Having worked for larger companies previously, I love the ethos and close-knit team we have at Quelfire; these people are not just work colleagues but friends who support you in your role and make you feel welcome.
I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and Dennis, my cat. I enjoy reading and exploring towns and cities in the UK and abroad, especially the cathedrals!
