Meet Glenn, the youngest member of our business development team, who talks about team spirit, learning opportunities and his internal awards.
I have been working in internal sales since I finished my studies in June 2016. I have also completed an ISMM sales and marketing course which I find highly beneficial in my current role at Quelfire; where I have been working since the opportunity arose for me to join the team at the end of 2017 to take a step further in my career.
My current role involves speaking to existing and new customers, assessing their firestopping requirements and ensuring they are supplied with the relevant products and they have access to our high-class technical support if and when required.
I am extremely proud of winning the ‘Quelfire salesperson of the month’ award on a number of occasions in the face of stiff competition!
Quelfire is a fantastic environment for personal and professional growth, the team is very open and willing to share their knowledge. They are also motivated and no one is left on their own with their challenges, teamwork is evident throughout the company.
I enjoy taking walks in the beautiful English countryside (Especially in the autumn and winter) and being able to return home to a roaring fire and glass of ruby ale! I have a weakness for good doner kebabs.
