Meet Chloe, who talks about her current role as Technical Assistant and how she enjoys working with customers directly, helping with any queries they may have.
I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, more recently within the fire protection industry. I’m now focussing on the technical side of the passive fire protection sector.
My current role is Technical Assistant so I spend my day answering queries, providing technical solutions, and assisting Alec with the day-to-day tasks the technical team are responsible for.
Every day is different and there is always something new to learn about the fire stopping industry. I enjoy seeing the development of current and new products, working with our customers directly and helping with any queries they may have.
I really like watching projects grow from the ground up. From the early engagement conversations, through to the installation stage and the completion of the project.
I like working at Quelfire as every person is passionate about what they do and we really work as one team.
I enjoy spending time with family, walking my dog Oakley, and trips away both in the UK and abroad.
