Our products, where indicated, are available from stock, depending on the quantity ordered.

If you have a requirement for large quantities, please speak to a member of the customer service team, who will advise you about the turnaround time.

In addition to standard sizes, for certain products, where indicated, we offer custom sizes made to order, for turnaround times for these, please contact customer service.

Orders and deliveries

Our opening hours are 7am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.

You can place your order by emailing sales@quelfire.co.uk. Alternatively, call us on 0161928 7308.

When placing our order, please include product name(s) and size(s) (if applies) or product code if known, quantities, delivery address, site contact details and if you have any requirements regarding delivery date.

Minimum order value / quantity applies to qualify for free of charge delivery. For orders smaller than this, a delivery charge will be applied. Please contact customer service for your FoC delivery order value.

To mainland UK, our standard delivery is next business day for orders received by 2.00pm.

For Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, a delivery surcharge might be applied and we are not able to guarantee a next day delivery.

For deliveries to all other locations, please contact us for an individual quote.

Please note, your order will only be confirmed once you have received an order confirmation. If you haven’t received your order confirmation by 2pm and you are expecting delivery the day after, please get in touch with our customer service.

Quelfire works with third party carriers to deliver goods and assumes no liability for delays caused by adverse weather / traffic conditions, breakdowns, incorrect pick-up or destination information or any other conditions and situations beyond our control.

Collection

If you wish to collect your goods, please place your order in advance and notify us about your estimated arrival time within our opening times to avoid waiting and ensure that your consignment is prepared by the time of your arrival.

Special deliveries

If your order is urgent, we offer AM deliveries for a surcharge.

Depending on the consignment, we may also be able to offer pre-10.30am or timed deliveries, please contact us for details.

Depending on the delivery location, we can also accommodate same day deliveries. Please speak to a member of our customer service team for an individual quote.

Returns

Only standard stock items will be accepted for return and a re-stocking charge will be applied. Please call our customer service to arrange. Custom sized products and items made to order will not be accepted for return.
