Meet Rick, who works in customer support, processing orders and speaking to new and existing customers. When he is not connecting with customers, he is purchasing products.
I previously spent 4 years in the construction industry, joining the Quelfire team in July 2021.
My key responsibilities are purchasing, order processing and providing good customer service.
My biggest challenge is handling customer complaints. I overcome these by showing integrity and by keeping them in the loop. Honesty is so important when speaking to new and existing customers.
One of my favourite things about working for Quelfire is the family atmosphere.
I enjoy seeing creation and cycling.
