Meet Caitlin, our newest member of Team Orange, who discusses the challenges of customer service and how she works to overcome them.

Background

After completing my studies in 2019, I worked for almost 3 years at a company selling PPE working my way up to purchasing assistant. Looking for a change of job role, I was pleased to find a job in customer service available at Quelfire.

Role

In my role in customer service, I will usually be your first point of contact when calling in or emailing Quelfire.  I am also responsible for sending out quotations and generally ensuring your experience with us is of a high standard.

Her biggest challenges and how she overcomes them

On a daily basis, I need to ensure that all the enquiries are directed to the relevant department and that nothing is overlooked or forgotten about. Prioritising jobs in order of importance is key. At Quelfire, the customer comes first so it is my goal to provide excellent service.

What she likes about working for Quelfire

I love the positive atmosphere and team spirit and the way that everyone is so willing to help each other.

What she enjoys doing when not working

Outside of work I enjoy doing things with family and friends. I can be doing anything from a shopping spree to a walk and picnic by the sea.
