As Timea explains, traditionally, for applications where the plasterboard aperture has been cut too large and fire batt has been installed pattress fitted on each side, we have provided an extra-long fire sleeve around plastic vent ducts.
However, we now have a solution using our standard QRS Slim Sleeve that can be installed in each pattress-fitted batt. This is available from stock.

Historically, we have tested linear joint seals in 150mm thick rigid walls and floors. However, after reoccurring customer feedback that many brick or block walls are now just 100 or 130mm thick, we tested our Intufoam Linear Gap Seal product to cover wall thickness of just 100mm.
