The QF2 combined with the perforations in the Deck Box creates a load-bearing and fire-rated seal, ensuring effective compartmentation.

As Glenn explains, we have test evidence supporting CPVC sprinkler pipes enclosed with CPVC sleeves, with a QuelStop HPE Sealant annulus surrounding the sleeve. Another instance includes the Quelfire QIF Insulated Fire Sleeve, fitted within QuelStop Fire Batt around the CPVC sprinkler system.
