Meet Liz, one of our Operations Team Leaders! She joined Team Orange in June 2025 and plays a key role in collaborating with the Customer Support, Internal Sales Support, and Warehouse team to resolve queries and ensure goods are despatched accurately and on time.
I have a strong background in customer service, administration, and accounting, developed through experience with a diverse range of companies, from the airline industry to manufacturing, allowing me to adapt quickly and work effectively in varied business environments.
In my current role, I manage the conversion of sales orders into despatched orders, ensuring accurate booking of consignments with couriers. I work closely with Customer Support, Internal Sales Support, and the Warehouse team to resolve queries and ensure timely, accurate despatch of goods.
I enjoy acquiring new skills and expanding my knowledge in various aspects of the business. Itβs really rewarding to know that by the end of each day, all orders have been processed and sent out correctly, helping keep customers happy and the business running smoothly.
Although I have only been with the company for a short time, my experience so far has been incredibly positive. My Team Orange colleagues have been exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and supportive, creating a workplace where people work well together and treat each other with respect.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I have a passion for travel, particularly exploring different cultures and cuisines around the world. I’m also a big fan of 80s music and appreciate the occasional glass of fizz to unwind!
