Quelfire has had a long-standing commitment to supporting causes within our local community and those that are currently impacting communities around the world.
We have been recognising the dedicated and highly organised work the Rapid Relief Team has been doing for decades, and we have decided to support one of their current and very important causes again: operation 322, delivering emergency food and personal care supplies to Ukrainian refugees.
After achieving their initial target of raising £250,000, as the humanitarian crisis deepens, they have now raised our fundraising target to £1 million to achieve their goal of sending 2 to 3 lorries per week for the foreseeable future to support refugees and people who have been displaced.
To show our support, we pleaded to donate £3 for every order received from our customers between 28th March – 1st April. After doubling the money donated per order to £6, and adding some personal donations from our team, we have raised £1,089! Thank you everyone!
