Can I purchase directly from Quelfire?

Yes, absolutely, we supply our customers directly. Our friendly customer service team is looking forward to help you with your order.

Do I need to have a trade account with Quelfire to place an order?

No, you don’t need to have an account with us, you can place an order on a Pro-forma basis.

However, if you wish to open an account, you can do so by completing the Credit Account Application Form.

How do I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order with us is to email sales@quelfire.co.uk indicating the product codes or names, quantities, delivery address, site contact with phone number and the required delivery date.

Alternatively, you can place your order on the phone by calling 0161928 7308.

A minimum order value/quantity applies to qualify for free of charge delivery and for smaller orders than this, a delivery charge will be applied. To find out your free of charge delivery order value, please talk to our Customer Service team.

For deliveries to mainland UK, our standard delivery is next business day for orders received by 2:00 pm. For locations such as Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands (including Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, a delivery surcharge might be applied and next day delivery may not be guaranteed. For deliveries to all other locations, you can contact us for an individual quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, there is a small lump sum of delivery charge for smaller orders, please get in touch with us for minimum quantities eligible for free of charge delivery.

Do you have a cut-off date?

Orders received by 2:00 pm will be processed for delivery on the next day (for products available from stock).

Delivery

Can I place an order for next day delivery?

Yes, our standard delivery for our stock items to mainland UK is next day delivery, if you place your order by 2 pm. Orders received after 2 pm will be despatched the following day for delivery the day after.

For locations such as Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, a delivery surcharge may be applied and next day delivery may not be guaranteed.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer a same-day delivery service (QuelQuick) to the North West of England for a £25 surcharge. To see if your area is covered by QuelQuick, and for an individual quote for same-day delivery to other areas of England and Wales, please get in touch with us.

From our Sandbach warehouse, we are able to service nearby cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Chester plus the surrounding areas, on the same day if the order is placed before 11 am. We aim to have your order delivered within 4 hours in one of our dedicated vans. Our Customer Service team is dedicated to assisting with all of your requirements, so if you give us a call we will always be ready to find a solution that suits you best.

Do you offer timed delivery?

Yes, depending on the order quantity and delivery location, we may be able to offer timed delivery for a surcharge, please get in touch with us with your requirements.

If your order is urgent we can offer AM deliveries for a surcharge plus we now offer same-day delivery through our Quelquick service for the North West of England (including Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and surrounding areas). The cost of this service is an extra £25 in addition to your usual delivery charge.

Do you offer AM / pre-10.30am delivery?

Yes, we offer AM / pre-10.30am delivery for a surcharge.

Can I arrange my own collection or pick up my order from your premises?

Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own collection or pick up your order yourself. We request that you still place your order in advance and notify us about the expected collection date so that your order can be processed and ready for collection by the required time.
