The Move
The new platform will improve the user experience, build on the platform's mobile-friendliness, and facilitate faster navigation.
Already, the website is more accessible than ever! Searching for products and general firestopping information has been simplified with features, such as a drop-down search bar and FAQ snippets on specific pages.
Education is a top priority, so the website brings together our many educational tools and resources, with one goal in mind: to help customers meet compliance requirements. We’ve also integrated external platforms like YouTube, making it a go-to source for reliable information.
Two significant changes are the website's new look, which follows our updated Brand Guidelines, and the updated ordering process, giving the site a fresher feel.

While our previous site served our customers well, a survey earlier this year made it clear that it was ready for a refresh. We've redesigned it to be more visually engaging and streamlined the user experience; we've completely removed pop-up forms for product information and tested detail drawings, making it easier than ever to access the information you need.”
New Quelfire Sealant Guns
We have also launched our branded sealant guns alongside the new website.
They come in two sizes: the smaller one fits 310mm cartridges for QHPE HPE Sealant and QSS Acrylic Sealant, while the larger is designed for 600mm acrylic sealant foils.
Our sealant guns are built to last and withstand heavy use, and of course, they're proudly branded with our logo and signature orange colouring.
