Who can apply for a credit account?

Our credit accounts are available to trade customers who meet our credit assessment criteria. This includes registered businesses, contractors, and organisations operating within the UK.

If you regularly place orders with us, a credit account can help simplify your purchasing and payment process.

How long does approval take?

We aim to process all applications within 3–5 working days, provided we receive all required information.

We’ll let you know if we need anything extra from you to complete the process.

Will you carry out a credit check?

Yes – as part of our application process, we carry out a standard credit check and contact your trade references to confirm your trading history. This ensures we can offer you suitable credit terms.

How will I know if my application has been approved?

We will email you once your application is complete and approved, confirming your account details and agreed credit terms.

Can I place orders while my application is being processed?

Yes – while your credit account is being reviewed, you can still place orders with us on a pro-forma basis (payment up front). Once approved, you’ll be able to order on account straight away.

What if my application is declined?

If we’re unable to approve your credit account, you can still order from us by paying at the time of purchase. We may also invite you to reapply at a later date if circumstances change.
