Value-added services
Our technical department is responsive, friendly, and professional, providing expert support from planning through to installation.
Alongside our tested details, we offer tools such as the QuelSelector Solution Finder, NBS specifications, BIM models, datasheets, drawings, installation guides, and videos.
This ensures customers can design and build with confidence, knowing they have reliable evidence, practical resources, and support at every stage of the project.

Early Engagement Approach
To ensure the system is designed and installed in line with test evidence, we have developed an early engagement process that supports all parties involved—from design through to installation. This includes main contractors, architects, specialist engineers, firestopping contractors, and other trades.
At the start of the design stage, the process begins with an early engagement consultation with the main contractor. The aim is to understand the specific needs of the project and prepare a tailored package of standard installation details to suit.During the build stage, we provide support with training, including Toolbox Talks, and assist with building sample boards and demonstration walls to ensure correct and consistent installation.
