Meet Our Team

As we begin the new year, what better time to update you on Team Orange? We’ve welcomed some key players to the team – who you may have already met.

Without further ado, let’s introduce you to Adrian Paynter, Debbie Fletcher, Hayley Clay, and Xenia Hutchins.

Adrian Paynter

Adrian joined Team Orange at the end of 2023 as Business Development Manager for the South.

With over 23 years of experience in construction, he’s worked for various companies specialising in underground water storage tanks, washrooms, and landscaping.

His role at Quelfire sees him learning all about the world of passive fire protection, with the aim to support the industry through education and tested firestopping solutions.

Debbie Fletcher

Also strengthening the team, Debbie joined us in mid-2024. Her previous experience in administrative roles such as credit control and sales administration makes her a great fit for the Customer Service & Internal Sales role she now undertakes at Quelfire.

You may have already spoken to Debbie, as she is often the first point of contact when getting in touch with us.

She assists with any queries and ensures you receive the best customer service – all with a smile!

Hayley Clay

Hayley started her journey with us at the end of 2024 as Marketing Manager. With a decade of marketing experience, Hayley brings a passion for analysing data, strategising, and all things creative.

Over the years, Hayley has gained experience in both B2B and B2C industries, even completing some freelancing work.

Her main focus at Quelfire is driving growth through the marketing strategy and keeping a close eye on all marketing areas.

Xenia Hutchins

Finally, Xenia also came on board in late 2024. After completing her A-levels in maths, accounts, and history – gaining analytical and organisational skills – she’s now stepping into her role as Executive Assistant.

In this position, Xenia assists our administration and accounting functions. Her main responsibilities include managing financial records, helping with budgeting and forecasting, and keeping the accounts department running smoothly day-to-day.
