Standard Installation Detail Downloads

The reference numbers are made up of up to 5 parts:

1. Primary Product code (QB = Quelfire Fire Batt, HPE = HPE Sealant, QWR = QWR Fire Collar etc) Where there are multiple products used the primary product is used for ref eg. HPE Sealant used with fire batt is a QB batt detail.
2. Substrate construction (CF = Concrete Floor, PC = Plasterboard Ceiling, RW = Rigid Wall and FW = Flexible Wall)
3. Substrate construction minimum thickness in mm
4. Batt quantity where applicable (S = Single Batt, D = Double Batt and P = Pattress fitted)
5. Unique reference – a unique 2 digit reference number

Examples of standard installation detail references are as follows:

QRS-FW130-03: QRS Fire Sleeve | Flexible or Rigid Wall | Min 130mm thick | Ref 03.

QB-FW75-S-05: Batt Seal | Flexible or Rigid Wall | Min 75mm thick | Single Batt | Ref 05.
