Meet Rick, who works in customer support, handling orders and talking with new and returning customers. When he's not engaging with customers, he spends time purchasing products.

His Story

I spent four years in the construction industry before joining the Quelfire team in July 2021. In my previous role, I was responsible for processing orders, reviewing contract documents, and producing job cards for the manufacturing team.

What He Does

I have a range of key responsibilities, including purchasing, processing orders, and opening credit accounts following credit applications. Further to this, I maintain supplier relationships and ensure goods are delivered on time. The foundation of my role is providing excellent customer service.

What Keeps Him on His Toes

My biggest challenge is managing customer complaints. I handle these by demonstrating integrity and keeping the customer in the loop. Honesty is crucial when communicating with both new and existing customers.

One of the things I most enjoy about working at Quelfire is the family-like atmosphere filled with passion and energy. Everyone feels valued and included as part of the team.

Off the Clock

Outside of work, I particularly enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy seeing creation, cycling scenic routes, and getting out for a walk in nature to relax.
