Dear Customer,
We are continuing to monitor the situation in the Middle East, where both the humanitarian and economic outlooks remain uncertain.
In recent weeks, this has contributed to increased volatility in global energy markets, along with substantial rising costs in logistics, freight, and key raw materials. As a result, we are experiencing ongoing cost pressures across our business, particularly within energy-intensive manufacturing and materials.
We have worked hard to absorb as much of these increases as possible while maintaining reliable supply and service. However, due to the scale and ongoing nature of these challenges, we need to introduce a measure that we hope will be temporary.
From 18th June 2026, a 5.6% price increase will apply to all goods dispatched and invoiced on or after this date. This is intended only to help offset a portion of the exceptional cost increases we are currently facing.
The following carriage and delivery criteria will also apply to deliveries within the UK mainland:
Standard Next Day Delivery
- Collars, Wraps, Sleeves: FOC for 50no. or more | £25 carriage and handling charge on smaller orders.
- Putty Pads: FOC on 200no. or more | £25 carriage and handling charge on smaller orders.
- Other Products: FOC on £850+ nett | £70 carriage and handling charge on smaller orders.
Extra Pallet Delivery Options
- AM Delivery: £25 Surcharge
- Timed Delivery, from 10 AM: £25 Surcharge
We want to reassure you that this increase will be kept under close review, and we hope will be reduced as conditions improve and costs begin to stabilise. At the same time, we will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will keep you informed should any further adjustments become necessary.
