Glenn Hutchins

After finishing my studies in 2016, I worked briefly as an internal sales representative before transitioning to Quelfire in 2017.

I have been involved in many aspects of the company throughout its growth, gaining a solid understanding of the products and solutions Quelfire provides, as well as a broader knowledge of the construction industry.

My current role as Technical Client Relations Manager involves communicating with Quelfire’s customers to understand their firestopping requirements and providing the necessary support.

This includes supporting design teams early in projects to help create a compliant design that incorporates tested firestopping solutions.

Additionally, I collaborate with other parties involved in the process, offering support from design through installation.

Quelfire is a fantastic environment for personal and professional growth. During my time here, I have successfully completed numerous qualifications, including my IFE Level 2 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection.

The enthusiasm of the whole team is evident. All team members are passionate about life safety and work hard to provide the best service possible to our customers.

This, combined with the commitment to ongoing testing and developing solutions based on customer feedback, makes it a pleasure to work at Quelfire.

I enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful English countryside – whatever the season. I particularly enjoy walking, fishing, or a day out with family, relaxing with good food and a few cold beverages.
